Steer, guide or control the movement of a person/vehicle or aircraft. So, the first thing came to my mind was 'a cow' control the movement? LoL. Sillie and I always wanted to give Steer a try. Finally, here's our chance to enjoy a scrumptious dinner with great accompanied once again.
Steer offered a New-York style diner of the BEST steaks $$$ can buy in Melbourne. I have to agree with that! I'm not a steak person until I tried Steer. Steer may looks like an expensive restaurant outside, but actually, is a friendly and price-reasonable restaurant. You just pay a little extra more to enjoy a one chest hat.

2) Calamari with Pork Belly
3) Side Dish- Asparagus
4) Should be Eye-Fillet. LoL, I forgotten!
5) Scotch Fillet I guess?

Sauces to be match with : from what we remembered : All Kind of Mustards from seeded to hot english mustard : Mayonnaise : Tomato relish : Garlic sauce
